Ms. Barbiere is a Program Specialist at SPARC.  Ms. Barbiere adds a valued dimension in our service delivery with her creative and engaging style.  She has worked for several years with Neighborhood and Community Services in the capacity of recreation counselor for Therapeutic Recreation Division and an inclusion specialist at County Teen Centers.  She has studied Therapeutic Recreation at Shephard University and is very active in our community as young adult leader in her church, participates in youth group and is a singer in a band “Upon This Rock”.
