Ms. Benteler is the Director of Programs at SPARC.  Ms. Benteler brings her years of classroom education expertise to the team.  Her boundless energy and creativity is evident in the dynamic program choices she facilitates in our “Circuit Train Your Brain” model for SPARC participants.  Her ability to adapt and modify each component of our learning outcomes, regardless of individual disability challenges, keeps SPARC participants engaged and thriving. Ms. Benteler is the key to our community outreach and disAbility awareness success.  Our SPARC members explore and discover their true potential as valued members of their club in our self-directed model.  Ms. Benteler also serves on Loudoun County Public School Transition Committee for young adults exiting high school after graduation.
