Who We Serve
SPARC welcomes adults with severe and multiple disabilities who require 1:1 support for all daily living activities and are unable to work.
Adults (18+) with severe and multiple disabilities who require specialized one-to-one support. Our participants have complex medical needs and cannot attend traditional day programs without their own Direct Support Professional.
All of SPARC's participants live below the federal poverty line. Those that can pay tuition do so, and those who cannot do not — access is guaranteed regardless of ability to pay.

Program Fees & Pricing
SPARC is committed to ensuring that cost is never a barrier to participation. Our equity-centered model means every participant receives a substantial subsidy, with families paying approximately one-third of the actual cost of services.

Our flat-rate structure, supported by need-based scholarships, ensures that every adult who needs our services can access them.
