Program Fees & Pricing
SPARC is committed to ensuring that cost is never a barrier to participation. Our fee structure is designed to be accessible while supporting the sustainability of our programs. SPARC operates on an equity-centered model in which every participant receives a substantial subsidy, with families paying approximately one-third of the actual cost of services.
All of SPARC's participants live below the federal poverty line. Those who can pay tuition do so, and those who cannot do not — access is guaranteed regardless of ability to pay.
Our flat-rate structure, supported by need-based scholarships, ensures that every adult who needs our services can access them. The current total annual per-participant operating cost is just over $21,000 — compared to $58,264 through traditional Medicaid services.

Serving Northern Virginia
SPARC currently operates four centers in Northern Virginia, providing community-integrated day programs in convenient locations across the region. Our centers are located in community spaces, often in partnership with local governments who recognize the value of our programs.
