Developed with input from families, staff, board members, and community stakeholders, this plan reflects our commitment to growth while maintaining the quality programming that defines SPARC.

Foundation Year
- Herndon Center Launch: Successfully opened our fourth location
- Technology Upgrade: Implemented new participant management system
- Record Fundraising: Raised $150,000 at An Evening to SPARCle
Expansion Year
- Alexandria and Loudoun County: Launch centers in Alexandria and Loudoun County
- Staff Development: Implement leadership training program
- Partnership Growth: Establish 5 new corporate partnerships
- Higher Education Partnership: Partner with a university to enhance programs
Deepening Year
- Program Specialization: Launch specialized programming tracks
- Increase Referrals: Strengthen referral pathways and reduce systemic barriers to access
